A web design is drawn in graphics editors and this process is limited only by a web designers imagination and the limitations of graphic editors. In order to install a design on a web-site, some knowledge of coding is necessary, and this process is limited by the possibilities of programming code. in other words, not everything drawn could be implemented in code.
